The Authors journey…. It was August 2008, the room was still and you couldn’t hear a pin drop. It was the award the entire room had been waiting for; The Team of the Year award. With over 6000 Leaders in contention for the title Gail knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but that year she had set herself a goal to achieve that award, and her fete was now in the hands of the company. Her team and sales growth had rocketed to 127% that year. Gail had also put together exclusive training materials and duplicatable systems for her team of ever growing leaders, but, had she done enough? This award wasn’t just about figures; this was about setting yourself apart from the others and becoming a Leader of Leaders. Did the company think she was worthy of the ultimate award? Speaking has always been one of my redeeming attributes. Since I was a child I have always wanted to be heard over and above my four brothers and sisters. But, back then I never really had anything interesting to say! Now is a different story though! My poor beginnings as a single parent with two children, living on benefits with no education and no job were never where I was meant to be. My story tells you how I took charge of my life and changed myself in order to change my situation. Since 2002 I have become an Award winning author and the UK’s Award winning MLM team.
